Line Cook - Cold Station (Minimum 4 Years' Experience)
We are looking for an experienced
Line Cook to join our team, focusing on our hot station.
Any resumes with less than 4 years will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and assemble dishes according to recipes and quality standards, with a focus on cold mezze, salads, and garnishes.
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation at all times.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Maintain consistent portioning and presentation to uphold Daymi's quality standards.
Assist with prep tasks as needed to support overall kitchen operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in a professional kitchen, ideally with Middle Eastern or Mediterranean cuisine.
Strong knife skills and attention to detail, especially in preparing salads, garnishes, and mezze.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently while taking direction.
A genuine passion for food and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes consistently.
