in Thornbury. This role is ideal for passionate cooks at any stage of their culinary journey -- whether you're an experienced line cook or ready to take the next step in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.

What You'll Do

Prepare menu items according to established recipes, portioning, and presentation standards Safely and efficiently operate kitchen equipment and stations Work with fresh, high-quality ingredients, ensuring consistency and attention to detail Follow FIFO practices to maintain product quality and reduce waste Maintain cleanliness and comply with all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Collaborate with the back-of-house team to support smooth, efficient service Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-focused kitchen culture Uphold Turner Hospitality Group's values and commitment to excellence

What We're Looking For

Minimum

1 year of experience

in a professional kitchen (experience in an elevated dining environment is an asset) Strong knife skills and the ability to work efficiently during busy service periods High standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation Ability to follow recipes and maintain organization at your station A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices;

Food Handler Certification is an asset

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
