My Greek Taverna is a well-loved Greek restaurant known for authentic flavors, generous portions, and a warm, family-style atmosphere. We take pride in serving delicious, traditional Greek dishes made with fresh ingredients. We're looking for an experienced and reliable Line Cook to join our friendly kitchen team.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to My Greek Taverna's recipes and standards Set up and stock stations with ingredients and supplies Ensure all dishes are prepared with consistency, quality, and attention to detail Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures Assist with prep work, inventory, and closing duties Work collaboratively with chefs and other team members to ensure smooth service
Qualifications
Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook Strong cooking and multitasking skills in a fast-paced kitchen Excellent teamwork and communication skills Positive attitude and reliability Food Safe or equivalent certification preferred
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.85-$21.00 per hour
