We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, cooking, and delivering exceptional food service. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to specifications, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen station.
Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients
Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen station before, during, and after service
Serve dishes promptly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor food quality and presentation throughout the shift
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Follow all food safety guidelines and proper sanitation procedures
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with food handling safety standards and regulations
Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen setting is a plus
Strong understanding of meal preparation and food industry best practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
