Prepare and execute a variety of dishes according to established recipes

Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
Requirements:
Experience doing prep for the day (required)
Proven experience as a line cook in a busy kitchen (must)
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
