Job Overview:

A Cook is the heartbeat of the kitchen and reports directly to the Sous Chefs and Head Chef. We are looking for energetic additions to the team with a passion for beer and food.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Oversee food preparation and par levels in the restaurant Create and execute daily prep list Assist in line set and service as needed Perform cleaning duties and delegate cleaning and preparation tasks as needed Maintain walk in organization (labels, dates, over all cleanliness) Maintain safety standards for all equipment, and maintain a clean and orderly kitchen including sweeping, mopping floors, washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash Receive and put away any orders and notify Chef of any discrepancies or poor product Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
Experience working in a similar role/environment is definitely a huge asset, but not required. We are looking for people who are motivated and willing to learn, along side our (already) awesome team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
