We are seeking a passionate Line Cook who shares our commitment to farm-to-table dining and is eager to be a part of our culinary journey. As a Line Cook at Pineridge Hollow, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our farm-fresh ingredients to life on the plate and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities:
Work alongside our culinary team to prepare and execute dishes that highlight the flavours of the season and celebrate locally sourced ingredients.
Assist in the preparation of mise en place and ensure that all ingredients are fresh, properly portioned, and ready for service.
Follow recipes and cooking techniques with precision to maintain consistency and quality in every dish.
Collaborate with fellow line cooks and chefs to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation during service hours.
Embrace our commitment to sustainability by minimizing waste and utilizing cooking methods that leave a positive impact on the environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in your workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a line cook or culinary enthusiast in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Passion for working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and a desire to learn more about farm-to-table cuisine.
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure during busy service periods.
Strong attention to detail and a dedication to upholding high standards of food quality and presentation.
