Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations

Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service
Participate in daily prep work, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces
Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any maintenance issues as needed
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred
