Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations throughout shifts Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation Follow proper serving procedures to deliver excellent customer service Adhere to all health and safety guidelines within the kitchen environment Support inventory management by rotating stock and notifying management of supplies needed

Experience

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety standards in the food industry Experience working in a fast-paced setting with a focus on quality and efficiency Strong understanding of food safety protocols and sanitation practices Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining attention to detail
