Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen stations.
Assist with inventory management and food preparation as needed.
Collaborate effectively with kitchen team during service.
Requirements:
Previous kitchen experience, particularly as a line cook.
Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Flexible availability for evening shifts, with the last call at 1:00 AM.
