We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes with precision and care, ensuring high-quality food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities



Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Assist in food presentation and plating to ensure visually appealing dishes Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain safety and hygiene standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during meal preparation Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and cooking areas throughout shifts Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation policies at all times Support the overall operation of the kitchen, including inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Skills



Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook in a restaurant setting Strong knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent understanding of meal preparation techniques and food presentation Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team Knowledge of the food industry trends and customer service principles is a plus Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
