Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, with experience in food preparation and handling. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards set by the head chef. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and storage areas. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality. Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours. Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and meal presentation. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. A passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
