The Billy Barker Casino Hotel Restaurant is currently seeking an experienced Line Cook. The Line Cook is responsible for the preparation of high quality food in a timely, sanitary and consistent manner. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment, while maintaining the ability to identify and act on job duties quickly and effectively.

Duties will include:
Responsible for the daily preparation of food items in the pantry, fry, and other areas in the kitchen.
Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines.
Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation techniques.
Restocks all items as needed.
Cleans and maintains work station, while practicing food safety, sanitation, and organizational skills.
Has the understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in the kitchen.
Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, coolers, and all storage areas.
Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies and intolerances.

Pay: $19.50 per hour
