We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items with precision and consistency, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients for various dishes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing work surfaces
Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety regulations and food safety standards
Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
Follow proper food storage procedures to prevent contamination and spoilage
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent customer service
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
Understanding of food safety protocols and proper food handling practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if needed
