Jimoco Cafe and Pasta in Port Coquitlam specializing in casual Italian cuisine with a Korean twist, is seeking a Part-Time Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Port Coquitlam.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards. Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients. Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe kitchen environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient meal service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment. Assist in receiving and storing food supplies as needed.

Requirements:

Available to work ~20 hours Good knife skills. +2 years of experience as a line cook Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes accurately. Excellent communication skills and a strong team player. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
