We are currently seeking a

Part-Time Line Cook / Kitchen Team Member

to join our dedicated kitchen team at the

Cambridge location

. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth --

part-time to start, with the potential to move into a full-time position

based on your experience, performance, and commitment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook dishes using a wok, grill, and fryer according to MY-THAI standards Follow recipes and maintain consistency in flavor, portioning, and presentation Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation at all times Assist with food prep, cooking, and cleaning duties as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service

Qualifications:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in a kitchen or line cook role (

Thai or Asian cuisine

experience is an asset) Knowledge of

high-range wok cooking

preferred Ability to work in a

fast-paced

environment under pressure Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Food Handler Certificate

(preferred) Must be available for

evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
