Job Description
Mezzanotte is an upscale Italian restaurant in the heart of the market, known for seasonal menus, fresh pastas, and memorable dining experiences. We're looking for a Line Cook with 3+ years of kitchen experience to join our team.
You'll be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to our high standards, working closely with the kitchen team, and keeping things organized and efficient during service.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years in a professional kitchen, preferably Italian/upscale dining Strong cooking and prep skills Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Commitment to quality and consistency
