Hello Candidate! Looking for a Line Cook to work during our businesses holiday pop-up event from November 23-December 23. Hours are Tuesday-Saturday 4pm-10pm We have a small menu for this pop-up event, looking for 1 cook manage. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Monitor food stock levels and rotate ingredients as necessary
- Follow portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food preparation
- Assist with the development of new menu items Skills:
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Experience in meal preparation and cooking in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in food handling and safety practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Experience:

• Cooking: 2 years (required)

Language:

Licence/Certification:

• Food Handler Certification (preferred)
• Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
