- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Follow proper food handling and storage procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Monitor food stock levels and rotate ingredients as necessary
- Follow portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food preparation
- Assist with the development of new menu itemsSkills:
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Experience in meal preparation and cooking in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in food handling and safety practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
