We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of excellence. This position requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a love for cooking in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality. Assist with meal preparation and presentation, ensuring dishes are served at the right temperature. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and cooking equipment. Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service hours. Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.

Skills

Proven experience in food service or as a cook in a restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food handling practices. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with other kitchen staff. Attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
