Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and skilled

Line Cook

to join our kitchen team, specializing in

breakfast service

. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a breakfast-focused restaurant and be

fluent in English

to ensure clear communication in our fast-paced kitchen. This role requires attention to detail, speed, and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality dishes that exceed guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook breakfast menu items according to recipes and presentation standards. Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service. Ensure timely and accurate order execution during high-volume breakfast hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist in daily prep work including chopping, portioning, and marinating ingredients. Communicate clearly and effectively with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team members. Help train and support new kitchen staff as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Line Cook in a

breakfast restaurant

is

required

. Must be

fluent in English

for effective communication with the kitchen team. Strong knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques, including use of griddles, fryers, and ovens. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and during peak morning hours. Understanding of food safety and sanitation best practices. Dependable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.65 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
