We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with precision and consistency, ensuring high-quality food service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients
Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times
Plate dishes attractively and efficiently for timely service
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy hours
Follow serving protocols to deliver excellent customer service when interacting with guests
Adhere to food handling regulations and proper storage procedures to prevent contamination
Experience
Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred
Knowledge of kitchen safety practices and food handling procedures is essential
Restaurant experience or background in the food industry is highly desirable
Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and food presentation standards is a plus
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
