Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment Assist with inventory, food rotation, and proper storage practices Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service Uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines Support menu preparation and daily kitchen operations Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate) Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs Availability for weekends, and holidays as needed
