Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated experienced line cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, a passion for culinary excellence and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. You will be responsible meals according to our restaurant's recipes and standards and ensure consistency in every dish served.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are ready for service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Follow food handling and safety guidelines to ensure a safe cooking environment. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Support team members and contribute to a positive kitchen atmosphere Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and served at the correct temperature

Qualifications

2+ Years experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays is a must. A passion for cooking and commitment to providing excellent service. Ability to work efficiently under pressure Food safe certificate (or willingness to obtain)
