We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service expectations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage
Assist with food presentation and plating to ensure visual appeal
Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation procedures
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
Restock supplies and assist with inventory management as needed
Serve dishes promptly and courteously to guests
Skills
Experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen equipment usage
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory for motivated candidates willing to learn
Passion for delivering quality food and exceptional customer service
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.50-$25.00 per hour
