Position Overview:
We're looking for a skilled and reliable
Line Cook
to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and has a strong commitment to quality and consistency. You'll work closely with our culinary team to prepare and execute menu items that reflect our commitment to elevated comfort food and fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items to Harbour House standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas
Assist with daily prep and inventory tasks
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Help ensure efficient service during peak periods
Support a positive and professional kitchen culture
Qualifications:
1+ year of kitchen or line cook experience preferred (willing to train the right person)
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
