We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met Monitor food quality during preparation and cooking processes Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy hours Serve dishes promptly while maintaining high quality and presentation standards Follow all food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations Strong understanding of food handling practices within the food industry Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills Prior experience with meal preparation and serving is a plus Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen
