We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Assist in meal preparation and presentation, ensuring each dish meets quality expectations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain safety and hygiene standards. Participate in training new kitchen staff as required.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant setting. Strong culinary skills, with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. Previous experience in meal preparation and serving is an advantage.
