We are seeking passionate and creative cooks to join our culinary team in delivering a consistent, fun dining experience. The ideal candidates will have passion for great food and are eager to learn in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a cook, you will be responsible for overseeing your station duties, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality are met.

Key Responsibilities

Support all aspects of the daily operations, including food preparation and execution. Help to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Support kitchen team members, providing support to ensure efficient operations. Help to foster a positive work environment. Assist the chef in managing inventory, order supplies, and control food costs effectively. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by handling dishwashing duties -- including washing, sanitizing, and properly storing all dishes, utensils, and equipment -- while keeping your workstation consistently clean throughout service.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven track record as a cook. The ability to multi-task and stay organized. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.

Experience:

A minimum of two to three years in a professional kitchen.

Licence/Certification:

Food Handler Certification (required)
