Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and a passion for culinary excellence. Duties: - Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards - Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment - Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served - Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen - Ensure all food and other items are stored properly - Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages Experience: - Proven experience as a Line Cook in a restaurant or similar setting - Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.) - Understanding of food safety practices - Ability to work in a team - Excellent physical condition and stamina Skills: - Food safety - Food handling - Restaurant - Cook - Meal preparation - Kitchen operations - Food industry knowledge - Food service experience - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment If you are passionate about food preparation, have experience working in kitchens, and enjoy working collaboratively with a team, we would love to hear from you!
