Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in food preparation, cooking, and ensuring that all meals are prepared according to our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Assist in inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service. Participate in meal preparation for special events or catering as needed.
Must have own transportation . No public transportation available.

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards. Excellent time management skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and kitchen tools. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
