We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our restaurant delivers exceptional meals to our customers while working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen stations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service. Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation procedures. Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and kitchen protocols.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred, particularly in meal preparation and food handling. Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to adhere to health regulations. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for cooking and the food industry, with a willingness to learn new techniques and recipes.
