We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service experiences
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment
Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen roles preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal presentation
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills and good communication abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays as needed
