We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and cooking, with a strong focus on food safety and quality. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing dess dishes, baking dishes to specifications, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen station.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen station, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment Monitor food quality during service and make adjustments as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders Follow serving protocols to ensure guest satisfaction Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as required

Qualifications

Prior experience in food service or restaurant kitchens preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods Understanding of food handling and safety standards in the food industry Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork and communication skills Experience with meal preparation and food service operations is a plus Kitchen experience demonstrating familiarity with various cooking equipment is desirable
