We're a small, fast-paced pop-up serving our spin on comfort food such as birria tacos, mac and cheese and much more. We're looking for a
foodie
who's passionate about good food.
What you'll do
Cook and assemble menu items to spec (flat-top/griddle, fryer, reheats, packaging)
Keep a clean, organized station and tight mise en place
Speedy/efficient during rushes + communicate with the team
Follow food safety, allergen, and cross-contact protocols (shared kitchen)
Label, date, and store items properly
Opening/set-up for service
End-of-shift breakdown/cleaning; restock for next service
Jump in where needed (prep, dish, cash, basic expo)
Schedule
Thu-Sun service
Thu-Fri 3-7 pm o Sat-Sun 2-7 pm
28 hrs/week occasional extra/catering shifts as available
Must-haves
Kitchen experience (line/prep) -- required
Knife skills, station organization, sense of urgency
Reliability, cleanliness, punctuality, and great attitude
Quick learner and ability to work unsupervised
Able to lift 40 lb and stand for long periods
Nice-to-haves (bonus)
Cash handling / customer service / POS experience
Food Handler's Certificate (or willing to get within 30 days)
Experience with flat-top, fryer, and fast-casual service
