Job Title: Line Cook
Overview: Prepare and cook menu items following the chef's recipes. Set up cooking stations and keep them stocked and clean. Work closely with kitchen team to deliver quality dishes on time.
Key Duties:
1. Prep ingredients (chop, marinate, sauces)
2. Cook food by grilling, frying, sauteing, etc.
3. Follow food safety and sanitation standards
4. Maintain station cleanliness and inventory
5. Communicate with chefs and team effectively
Requirements:
- Proven cooking experience
- Knowledge of cooking methods and kitchen equipment
- Food safety certification preferred
- Ability to work fast with accuracy
