Job Summary:

Grande Cache Inn and Suites

is seeking an experienced part-time Line Cook for the Smoky River Grill. The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, with strong customer service skills.

Duties:

Prepare food to order to the highest quality standards. Ensure the kitchen facility is organized, clean, sanitary and in good working order. Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers. Be a team player, assisting in the Front of the House when needed.

Qualifications:

Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Past culinary work experience in a full-service establishment. Passionate about culinary trends and best practices. Ability to work both independently and effectively with a team. Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.

Required licenses, certificates, and registrations:

Post secondary education in Culinary Arts is preferred; Red Seal is an asset. Food safe certification. First aid certification is an asset. Valid WHIS certificate is required.
