Stolen Bell Distillery is thrilled to announce the opening of our brand new venue, featuring a sophisticated cocktail lounge and a vibrant restaurant. We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as part-time Line Cook, starting at the beginning of October.
Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including equipment and utensils.
Ensure all food handling and safety procedures are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in developing new dishes.
Ensure food is received and stored in a hygienic and safe manner.
Assist with other duties as assigned
Skills
Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or food service setting.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen team.
Familiarity with modern cooking techniques, equipment, and ingredients.
Passion for innovation, with a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes and exceptional dining experiences.
Food safe certificate is an asset.
