Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment.
Follow food safety protocols and guidelines for food handling and storage.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service periods.
Participate in menu planning and development as needed.
Skills
Proven experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting, with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
