We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing meals as per brand standard, ensuring food safety standards are met, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Ensure proper food handling and storage practices are followed to maintain food safety.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies when necessary.
Follow all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
Experience
Previous experience in food handling, food preparation, or a similar role within the food industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
Familiarity with various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a busy kitchen setting.
