We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation and food service, ensuring that every dish meets our standards of excellence.
Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of all food products.
Assist in the inventory management of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation, making adjustments as necessary.
Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and food handling best practices.
Knowledge of food safety regulations within the food industry.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a busy kitchen setting.
