Responsibilities



Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and food service teams, ensuring efficient daily operations Oversee menu planning and development, incorporating innovative dishes and catering to diverse dietary needs Manage inventory control and food production processes to minimize waste and optimize resources Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitation regulations across all kitchen activities Coordinate with the catering and banquet departments to deliver flawless event execution Monitor food handling and preparation procedures to maintain high-quality standards in fine dining settings Oversee shift management, scheduling staff effectively to meet service demands while maintaining team morale

Requirements



Proven culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining, catering, or restaurant management Demonstrated supervising experience leading diverse kitchen teams in high-volume environments Extensive knowledge of food safety protocols, dietary accommodations, and inventory management practices Skilled in menu planning, food presentation, and culinary innovation Experience with banquet services, event catering, and large-scale food production is highly desirable Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills and the capacity to motivate a team Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Wage range: $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience and skill level
