We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
Serve dishes promptly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service times
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to uphold the highest standards of food safety
Experience
Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Familiarity with food handling and safety protocols within the food industry
Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen setting is advantageous
Strong understanding of meal preparation, serving, and maintaining cleanliness standards
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
