Culinary Leaders and Cooks

to join our team at The Parlour - Italian Kitchen in Edmonton.

Experienced Line Cooks

with a minimum of

2 years of professional kitchen experience

. Culinary education is preferred but not required. If you love food, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and care deeply about quality and consistency -- we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute Italian-inspired dishes with precision and creativity. Maintain CHG's standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation. Foster a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. Follow food safety and sanitation protocols. Support mentorship and development of junior kitchen staff. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of back-of-house culinary experience. Culinary school training is an asset. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, consistent, and self-motivated. Passionate about food, hospitality, and the guest experience. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
