We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook who will also assist with food preparation to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall dining experience of our guests.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality and presentation.
Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent cooking skills with familiarity in various cooking methods and cuisines.
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
