We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong understanding of meal preparation in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, delivering high-quality dishes to our guests. Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment. Assist in the inventory management of food supplies and ingredients. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during peak hours. Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation to ensure it meets our standards. Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food handling practices.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of meal preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Familiarity with various kitchen equipment and tools used in food preparation. A passion for the culinary arts and a desire to learn and grow within the food industry.
