Biblio Taco has an opening for a Shift Lead Cook
Must have 2-3 years of experience and ability to lead a shift with up to 2-4 other staff.
So if you thrive in a busy environment, can motivate co workers, have great attention to detail and appreciate the wonders and necessity of a clean kitchen, we would love to hear from you.

This position require evening and weekend availability.

Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards set by the restaurant. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace. Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed during food handling and preparation. Help train new kitchen staff

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
