Overview:
We are seeking a skilled line cook to join our culinary team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and assembling cold food items such as salads, appetizers, and desserts. Duties:
- Prepare a variety of cold dishes including salads, dressings, and desserts?
- Assist with meal preparation and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry area?
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely food service?
- Follow food safety standards and procedures?
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in food preparation within the food industry?
- Knowledge of safe food handling practices and food safety regulations?
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen setting?
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills?
- Experience working as a cook in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred
