We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed during meal preparation and cooking.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen before and after service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including equipment and utensils.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service.
Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Help train new kitchen staff on proper food handling and preparation techniques.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices, meal preparation techniques, and food handling procedures.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team setting.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
