We are hiring a passionate, hospitality-focused Line Cook to join our kitchen team! We are on the lookout for dedicated and energetic individuals to execute our menu with precision and pride. As a key member of the line, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dishes, maintaining high standards of organization, and working seamlessly with the team during service. The ideal candidate has a hunger to learn, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow their culinary skills in a chef-led environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute dishes to our standard of quality and presentation. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines. Collaborate with team members to uphold our culture of excellence and contribute to a positive work environment. Assist with menu execution, including ingredient prep, recipe adherence, and tasks assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of previous kitchen experience is mandatory. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Pay: $18.00-$19.50 per hour
