We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation and food service, ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards
Ensure all food handling and safety regulations are followed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Assist with inventory management and food storage practices
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation
Help in the development of new menu items and specials
Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation
Participate in training new kitchen staff as needed
Requirements
Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment preferred
Knowledge of food handling, safety, and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
A passion for cooking and commitment to delivering high-quality meals

Pay: $19.50-$23.00 per hour
